As mentioned under the new G I V E A W A Y tab, I am after reviews. From these reviews, I will chose up to 5 names to be side characters in The Book of Told prequel. This book should be in stores well before Christmas 2015.
I just received a very tear-jerking vote of encouragement yesterday. A lady (in her mid 30's) whom I only vaguely recall from my home-town came up to me after my son's music program. She had recently finished The Book of Told! As she spoke she teared
up (making me almost tear up too), and she told me she devoured the book, the first she had read in 2 yrs since having children. She wanted me to know she was about to read it all again, and that when she first got to the end she felt such a longing that she
just begged to know more of the depths of the theme. I have no idea if she was a Christian or not, and I couldn't talk long as my 4 yr old had already run out the door!
Having not received alot of feedback yet (it is a long novel and deep, and people
tend to talk among themselves and not to me), my day was lifted like you can only imagine. I felt reaffirmed and ever so grateful to God for that encouragement!
She laughingly said she didn't know me but that she would never complain of being too busy
as a mother of 2 on reading that I had 6 little monkeys. I assured her that from reading the book she knew me better than many friends who had not got around to it yet, and that 2 or 3 was as busy as 6 - God just used a time of insomnia to get me to write
in the night hours when it didn't interfer with family like.
What a blessing kind reviews are!! Thank you my new Thames friend!!!!
Please consider taking the time to add a review to the website you bought the book, so others
can be encouraged to buy and more funds can be raised for A21.
