I am the biggest of fools - a complete working progress. You would think I would know, having written about the experience in Brew's character, that it does no good to try to write your own story. When I get busy, or just plain panic, I grab God's pen
again and start dictating exactly how I think life should be going. We all do it, but perhaps I should know better by now.
This time, I am a little in fear of God as to how he might like to 'take the pen back'! Gratefully He is grace itself, and though
I will try to always seek His face to know Him more (and therefore make these issues less common ) it still is scary that I can so quickly grab what
is not mine to take.
And so down I go, face down to the Creator of my story. As I open my hands and release the pen that was held only in my hands and not God's as well, I feel freedom. I feel forgiveness. I feel peace. There is nothing like a clear
